Remote Mediation:

Probably the only positive to come out of the recent pandemic is the increased use of teleconferencing. Remote mediation allows flexibility in scheduling and saves travel time and expense. Using the ZOOM® platform, Gaspar Mediation offers remote sessions tailored to the client’s schedule and location. Depending on the client’s preferences, the entire process may be done remotely or a combination of remote and in-person sessions.

Gaspar Mediation offers a free initial consultation by ZOOM. Because it is truly a FREE consultation, there is absolutely no cost or obligation to hire Diane as your mediator. During this session, the clients may ask questions about the mediation process, any related court process, as well as Diane’s experience and practice. The session usually lasts about 45 minutes. Evening and weekend sessions are available.

Mediation Fees:
